Ok, I’m beginning to run out of tips to give you guys! So this month I’ve decided to give you one from my fitness go-to-girl: Jillian Michaels. Here’s what she says about inner thigh ‘fat’,
“Sadly, this is where your body chooses to deposit its fat. Genetically speaking, your body is predisposed to carry weight there, so that will be the last place it's going to come off. The best thing you can do is watch what you eat and keep training. This will help you lose weight in general — and eventually those problem areas are gonna have to give! That said if strengthening the muscles in this area is the goal, I prefer old-school Jane Fonda leg lifts. They target the muscle you want to hit without creating bulk. I know this isn't exactly the answer you're looking for, but it's the truth, and if you stay the course, your inner thighs WILL tighten up. Just keep doing what you're doing!”
I’m going to give you a couple of more exercises to add to this:

- 1) Plie’ squats –
- a. Widen stance from a regular squat, point toes out.
- b. Lower butt parallel to ground & return to stance.
- To increase intensity of this exercise raise up on toes when coming up.
- Cable lifts
- With an ankle restraint attached to cable machine step away from machine so when returning to start position you don’t bang the weights.
- Standing erect bring cable leg next to non-cable leg, so that the resistance is on the inner thigh.
These are just a couple of more exercises to get rid of that ugly fat that rubs your jeans together when walking. There are more, but these are a great start. I want to thank my hero Jillian Michaels for her inspiration and hope that one of these days I’ll going to meet this incredible woman face to face and thank her for all she does for others, as well as herself.
