I’ve given plenty of tips on what to do for your body on the outside. It’s time to go within. Or at least decide what you’re going to put inside your body. I can give you just the recipes or send you to the place where you can get as many as you want. So here are some ideas and places you can expand on those ides to help you keep your swim suit figure through the summer.
- Protein Shake – This is Fit By Nic’s breakfast
- ¼ cup of almost breeze/rice milk – unsweetened
- 2 cups of alkaline water
- 1 scoop of vegan (vanilla) protein isolate – ultimate protein
- 4 ice cubes
- ¼ cup frozen berries
- Optional fruit: banana, strawberries, melons – depends on if you’re trying to lose weight or gain it.
