If you want to lose weight, get healthy and/or build muscle, hiring a personal trainer can be a step in the right direction. A good trainer can help you set up a program that meets your goals and teach you the best way to exercise.

There are several advantages to obtaining personal training sessions:

  1. one on one attention
  2. a professional who will show you how to use your exercise time effectively & efficiently
  3. having a personal trainer is like having your own private cheerleader
  4. he/she can help push you past your comfort limit, something you may have difficulty doing yourself
  5. a personal trainer can help you get the RESULTS you haven’t been able to attain.

Training:

  1. 50 to 60 min. sessions - $85 ea.
  2. 25 to 30 min. sessions - $45ea.
  1. pkg. (A)*  - 50 min sessions x 3 for $240

INCLUDES:

- 2 upper body workouts +
- 1 lower body workouts +
- abs included in ea. session
pkg. (B)*       - 30 min sessions x 3 for $125 - **
- 2 upper body workouts w/abs
- 1 total body workout

*pkgs. To be completed w/in a 2 week period.
** A 1 hr. first session suggested for assessment w/new clients.
W/E workout for $140 - 2 hrs

* 2 day workout only - must be completed in consecutive days.

BUDDY TRAINING

- The first step is to complete the on-line Health&Fitness questionnaire
- A FitByNic Trainer will call you w/in 48 hrs of submitting the questionnaire.
Purpose of the call is to:

  1. Determine what your goals are.
  2. Assess fitness level
  3. Review your history - fitness, medical, previous exercise ability, etc.
  4. Discover any blocks you may have to achieving your goals and how to discard those blocks.
  5. Discover target areas you want to address.
  6. Discuss difficulties w/food intake.
  7. Discuss any emotional issues that may surface as a result of the life changes you are making.

Nickie is also a Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor with a degree in Psychology. She has been
counseling people with addictions and related issues for over twenty years. She has
worked in several different rehabilitation and behavioral institutions, including the
Betty Ford Center. She would like to extend those services in conjunction with fitness
or as a separate issue.
