The Atkins diet. L.A. weight loss...What should you do?
The reality is with proper nutrition you can step up the results of your exercise and improve your overall health, physically, mentally and spiritually. There is a lot of information out there on what you should eat. With the right foods and liquids you can actually lessen your chances of illness, increase your energy and feel better overall. Here are some basic tools that can start you on your way:
- If you want to lose weight, you need take in fewer calories than what you are expending.
- Eat more fruits & vegetables.
- Have healthy foods at the ready - like fruits & nuts on road trips.
- Have an idea what you’re going to eat for the day.
- Don’t keep trigger foods close - each individual has their own trigger food.
- Discover the foods that are right for you. You may not be eating enough!
- Throw away the scale!
- Listen to your body; it will tell you what it needs.
