Good Morning Coachella Valley -
The Holidays are upon us and all around us. Holiday music is already being played. Advertisments for new and improved toys and gadgets. Start 'tis season with the Wildlights at the Living Desert. Read more about it! Plus, a surfing Santa? Check it out!

This is the last time you'll hear about -maybe-  the Turkey Trot - a 5k fun run down El Paseo! They're closing the streets for us! Who's wants to join me?

I'm busier now than I ever was! If you missed the MTV episode of 'Gone Too Far', with yours truly, you can now watch it on the internet! That's no all. Even when I'm not in front of a client, I'm still working for my clients, finding ways - new, old & improved - to help them be as fit as they can, mind, body & spirit. What is your trainer doing for you?

Here in the Desert El Paseo is shut down for an hour on Thanksgiving morning so literally hundreds of runners, walkers, family and anyone who shows up, can get a healthy start on the Holiday Season.
