Spiritual Fitness continues with Terry Cole Whitaker  who will be speaking this Tuesday at the Center for Spiritual Enrichment on her message of positive living and new book Live Your Bliss.

 As some of you know, I am the Fitness Director at 
a drug & alcohol rehabilitation center -

Life's Journey Center -
where one of the kids from the series was sent.
In case you've never been in such a position,

 it is hard to get motivated about anything, much less exercise, when you're detoxing off toxins or chemicals you placed in your body yourself. 

That's what I do in Recovery Fitness.

No matter what you're recovering from - drugs, alcohol, food, surgery, CFS, etc. - there's always something you can do physically to help you recover.

If you don't know what that is, I can help you discover it.
I'm sorry to report, the show's creator -
Adam "DJ AM' Goldstein
was found dead on or about August 31st.
What's more important than whether or not the show
will air is that the message gets out there Drugs Kill.
Adam was 36 years old.

The Turkey Trot is a fun run/walk that happens all over the world. It first began in Buffalo New York in 1896. Here in the Desert El Paseo is shut down for an hour on Thanksgiving morning so literally hundreds of runners, walkers, family and anyone who shows up, can get a healthy start on the Holiday Season.
