Azalea Charity event - Marathon this Sunday, October 25th - 1 mile at a time - to help raise money for wounded troops. Or you can just stay home & watch football. 24th Annual 6K fun run/walk

We invite all runners and walkers to take part

 in this challenging but rewarding event.

For over 20 years, runners and walkers from
all over the world have been taking on this

3.7 mile challenge UPHILL

You start at 500 feet elevation and climb 

 2,643 feet elevation in 3.7 miles (6K).

The steepest part is the last 1K to the finish.
For those of you who have done it, you know what awaits you; ifyou haven't,
it is one you will remember forever.
Awards will be given for various times & ages.

23rd Annual 5k fun run/walk

Balboa Park, San Diego

7pm

This event is a fun, family-friendly evening featuring a costume contest, band and pre- and post-race festivities.  It's a great opportunity for families to come out and enjoy an evening in the park. 

Proceeds from the event fund San Diego County Crime Stoppers felony reward program and community outreach activities.

glow-in-the dark t-shirt.

Redlands BULLDOG Triathlon

The City of Redlands and the University of Redlands would like to invite you to participate in the first annual Redlands Bulldog Triathlon and

 5K run, walk, and roll.

 The course will take you through the scenic University of Redlands campus, the City of Redlands and finish at the University's swimming pool.

5k run, 11 mile bike, and 150 yard swim

A hard-shell bicycle helmet is required during the bicycle portion of the race and there is NO DRAFTING PERMITTED! Course map, Complete rules, and guidelines are available at our website:

Coachella Valley Latino International

 Film Festival

Indio Performing Arts Center

The first annual

 Coachella Valley Latino International Film Festival

 at the Performing Arts Center in Indio, California.

 The event will be a fundraiser to benefit 2 Non-Profit organizations The Non-Profit, Indio Performing Arts Center under the Direction of Manager, David Clinton-Reid and the National Hispanic American Educational Fund. International Latino films and documentaries, Special Events, with the participation from Latino filmmakers and entertainers will be a part of the first year's 3-day event, with a Special Guest presenting the Audience Favorite Award, decided upon the Festival's attending audience on Sunday evening, the close of the film festival.

Television star, Gregory Cruz from the TNT- TV hit Series, "SAVING GRACE" (also starring Holly Hunter), will participate as one of the two special Guests for the

Special Highlight Event, "Conversations With..." on Saturday, December 5th as a part of the film festival. Along with Congresswoman Mary Bono-Mack,

  Miss Mexico 2007, Priscila Perales, many other distinguished guests will be attending in support of the first annual Coachella Valley Latino International Film Festival.
