I wanted to spotlight Laser Express & Ellen. There are many ways to feeling good about yourself.
Sometimes we need a little help to get started or to get to those places we cannot get to by exercising.

It's true - the Desert does have only two seasons. Summer and Winter. Unless you count Flu season. Don't buy into it folks. You can be as healthy as you set your mind to be!
No more Tanage'. From now on it's just Fit By Nic. It's still all about Fitness - Fitness of every kind - meaning how can we make this a more Fit place to live? In the Desert, in our homes, communities & on our planet earth. Whether it's angel healers, fitness trainers, or hairstylists, if you're out there trying to make it a better place here, then I want to hear from you. I'm not afraid to spotlight other Fitness Trainers; I just got to know who you are, & what you do.

NIKE WOMEN'S HALF MARATHON |
The 2009 Nike Marathon will take place in San Franciso Sunday October 18, 2009
Start time 7 am
There will be a full & half marathon.
Twenty thousand participants will run through a
scenic route of San Francisco.
The Nike Women's Marathon will recognize
& award the top 3 female runners to cross the finish
line in both the full & half marathons.
Each age group winner will also be recognized,
with the groupings spread out for each 5 years of age.
(e.g. 20-24, 25-29, etc.).
