The heat is on! Do you remember that song or am I dating myself? Hello my fellow Desert bunnies. How are you enjoying the heat so far? Don't forget to stay hydrated. Drink plenty of fluids - water & electrolytes. Stay away from overindulging in alcohol, especially with the Holiday weekend approaching. Stay safe - in the Desert, on the water, in the mountains. Wherever you are have a fun, fit time. INDOOR BOOTCAMP STARTS 4TH OF JULY!
Radio show correction. Due to technical difficulties, the show did not air. New date is set for Saturday, July 11th on 98.5 KWXY at 9am.
