walk around a track together

It's that group support that can help you through a workout and ultimately help you achieve your goals.
Some people have difficulty finding the desire to work out and need a little (or a lot)
of push from those around them.
There's nothing wrong with that.
Being in a group also gives you an accountability to someone other than yourself.
You know who you are.
You may break a promise to yourself,
but when you've made a promise to someone else
that you'd show up -
then you're more likely to keep that promise.
Hey, sometimes it even happens to me.
I know, hard to believe, but it's true.
Every once in awhile working out with someone else helps push me a bit more.
