Have a great Weekend -

It seems almost impossible that only 10 short days ago the wind was uprooting trees. Now, it's 106 degrees by 12noon and the temp is just going to keep going up & up & up.

Not to discourage anyone from continuing a fitness routine. This may be the time to change your workout a bit. Or switch to other activities. I don't know, swimming, going for a hike in Idllywild, going to the beach - which is where I plan on spending a lot of time this summer...Who wants to join me? Change is good.

This weekend, there are some great activities going on, so enjoy them.
