That's right!! - CORE WORK BEGINS NOW!! This means YOU!     

Most people who here "Boot camp" automatically think they won't be able to do the exercises. That's why this Boot Camp for Beginners is especially designed for the beginning exerciser.  But if you are a seasoned athlete, don't let this fool you - We will have exercises for you as well. We will start slow & build every week on the exercises & muscles you worked the previous week

We will focus on core exercises & incorporate some cardio routines.

Ask questions! ??? Learn about your body! Learn what foods you need more of & what foods to stay away from!
