BASIC LOSER TRAINING PROGRAM
The Basic Loser Training Program is a weight/fat loss program that you monitor yourself with the help of professional trainers to guide and assist you through the process. This program helps you take charge of life, so you can become healthier, happier and fit for life. This isn’t just about losing weight or becoming a smaller version of yourself. This is about making life changes in all areas: mind, body & spirit.

Most gyms or trainers have an already made up nutrition plan that is a “fit-for-all” plan. In the Basic Loser Training Program you are simply given suggestions and guidelines, which you will plan yourself. We will even go shopping with you! There is no secret to weight loss. The simple equation for weight loss is: Taking in less calories than what is being expended. We can help you do that.

Basic Loser Training Program Workouts:
- 3 x’s weekly x 12 weeks = $3,000
Add a 2nd person for $1,000 more
- 2 x’s weekly x 12 weeks = $2,500
Add a 2nd person for $500 more

* All 2 person workouts must be done together.
* Length of time for all workouts, 1 or 2 persons, are 45 - 75 min long.
