Tip for August:

Everyone loves great abs, but not everyone is going to get the results by doing the same exercises. Here are a few tips:

Exercises for upper abs:

  1. floor crunches w/variations
  2. machine crunches

Exercises for lower abs:

  1. leg lifts

Exercises for the obliques:

  1. reverse crunch w/a turn to each side
  2. “bicycle” crunches
